By selecting "I Agree" I accept the responsibilities of following proper food guidelines and am responsible for the food I serve. I understand that RJAC is not liable for this food related event. I also understand that it is my responsibility to provide any serving equipment needed.*

RJAC asks Minnesota licensed food trucks and/or members of our community who want fund raise for your business, church or organization. All food vendors must follow the State of Minnesota food licensing requirements for temporary food stands and Wabasha City/County requirements.

Please note the River Junctions Arts Council:

Does not pay for food vendors to attend and sell
Does not charge food vendors for attending and selling
Does accept donations from food vendors
Is not responsible for food on site

Our attendees number between 300 and 1000+ per event. In the case of inclement weather, music and the food trucks will be canceled. We will try to give as much notice as possible with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.

Once you have signed up and the date is approved, we will update you on the next steps.
